Appointment Policies

You may make an appointment with us 24 hours to 2 months in advance with no deposit required. In order to provide better service quality, please read the following house rules as well as etiquette and adhere to our online appointment policies.

1. If you cancel the appointment for any reason, please notify us immediately. Neither deposit or cancellation fee will be imposed, however, you will hold the duty of communicating with us if any change of plans. Everyone's time is equally precious and important, your simple gestures will allow us to react and adjust to plans. Please don't make our staff wait for you indefinitely.

 

2. Please be punctual. If you are late for an appointment, we will hold your slot for 15 minutes. We may cancel your appointment if you show up later than 15 minutes. This is to avoid delays in service to the next customer. For this, we seek your kind understanding.

 

Upon completion of making an appointment with us, you are agreeing to our appointment policies. Your appointment is very important to us, and we hope that our customers are considerate and respectful to themselves and others.
